Who We Are

Artela Music is an entertainment collective providing harpists, string musicians and vocalists.

Artela is led by Tijana Kozarcic, an international harpist with vast experience in live music.

Artela started as a harp, cello and voice/sax trio just after the pandemic when 3 friends wanted so showcase their passion for music to the world. This unique trio comprised of Michelle Gomez on cello, Harmony Jane on Sax and Vocals and Tijana on harp. We started off performing in Brisbane and later expanded to include other musicians, instruments and combinations and another city - Melbourne

Nowadays, we provide a wide range of musicians, throughout South East Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Hervey Bay), Victoria (Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Yarra Valley, Bendigo, Daylesford and Mornington) as well as Northern NSW & Hinterland (Byron Bay, Bangalow)

An international artist, Tijana has a wealth of experience performing live music. After studying in Europe and Australia, Tijana has developed a versatile and exciting career as an orchestral, chamber music and luxury events harpist.

She has performed throughout Europe (UK, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Serbia…) and Australia - including in some of Australia’s best known venues such as the Sydney Opera House, Hamer Hall, Queensland Performing Arts Centre , Home of the Arts etc. She has been performing regularly with Australia’s professional orchestras such as the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Queensland Symphony Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra and both of Australia’s professional pit orchestras - Orchestra Victoria and Opera Australia Orchestra.

Whether it is performing ballets, operas and musicals for thousands of audience members most nights in the pit, on stage, or at events like weddings, corporate celebrations, high teas, lunches, baby showers and birthday parties, Tijana enjoys every occasion to make music.

Tijana radiates tenderness, elegance and is the heart and soul of what makes up Artela.
